One of the best "craft prepared" Old Fashioned I have had in a long time...having owned and cooked in my own restaurant I think I know a great Reuben when I meet one. This was better than good piled high with lean corned beef on perfectly buttered and then grilled artisan bread with a side of excellently cooked french fries crisp on the outside, fluffy and soft within.
